i love taking pictures of my children but at times i lose myself in all my ideas behind the lens and find myself missing the tiny details of my kids that make our hearts overflow. the tickle fights, flower picking, dance parties in our underwear, the cuddling, story time, her little curls, his infectious laugh and the playing…. and playing… and playing. so i have been trying to be more involved in the little, beautiful moments by lending my children my ears, my heart and my time. and we have been having a lot of fun.

brandon looooooves his piano. i love his chubby little fingers. and i love gracie’s foot in this shot ( getting into the middle of anything that doesn’t include her, of course):
she does her best work when she doesn’t have the distraction of wearing clothes. :) sometimes i can hardly believe my child is this rad:
i love this next set of brandon… almost every time i try to shoot him he launches toward me and tries the grab the camera.
my heart is FULL.
words can not express the love i have for my little family. my cup runneth over.
